Hotaru simulates the Big Bang so she can see all the events of the past at high speed. Soon she is looking at our solar system, specifically the moon as it rotates around Earth. Again, this background came with another one of my cels. It was shown on the screen by itself, so I feel it belongs in my background section. Unfortunately, the moon is on a cel layer by itself that is stuck to the back of the cel that came with it. I digitally added the moon cel layer to show how this background was seen on the screen. This background comes from Sailor Moon Sailor Stars episode #168.
