Venus Star Power! Make-up! Another cool Sailor Venus henshin cel from the portion of the transformation where she is transparent. This one has a more interesting swirl of stars coming from her wand. It's amazing how much special FX that were added to the cel in post-production when compared to the screen cap - the stars are clearly defined with glowing outlines.
