Cute Mihoshi, with a beautiful background. I was told by a fellow collector that this cel is from the Pretty Sammy tv series.
A kind (anonymous) person sent me some additional information regarding this cel. It comes from Pretty Sammy episode #4 and it is confirmed that it has the original matching background. Thanks!!
