An eyecatch cel is a cel that was used to make the short animations that are shown just before and after commercial breaks. They are considered bank cels since often the same eyecatch sequences are shown for several episodes. Eyecatch cels are some of the most sought after bank cels and it is extremely rare to see them up for sale. I would love to find at least one eyecatch cel from each of the five Sailor Moon series.
